​​Saranjit Minhas is passionate about property, in fact it it is in her DNA! She deals with contentious and non contentious property matters.

 

Saranjit has been dealing with property matters since she qualified as a solicitor in 2006. Having started her career in conveyancing in London she quickly moved to dealing with litigation and in particular property disputes.

 

Throughout her career Saranjit has taken on a mixture of conveyancing and property dispute matters.

 

Having worked for a national firm of solicitors in their property department, Saranjit has a wealth of experience in commercial and residential conveyancing. Saranjit can deal with any property related matter whether you are buying, selling, remortgaging a property, residential or commercial, she can help you with it. Saranjit brings this knowledge to her assessment and resolving of property disputes. Saranjit also completed the CEDR negotiation training in 2012.

Complex and unusual legal titles excite Saranjit and she loves the challenge of working out how land is owned and who has right over which pieces of land and how they can be enforced. She deals with covenants, easements, boundaries and property rights on a daily basis. When she is not dealing with the challenges around land, Saranjit takes on running challenges too, her latest challenge is to become an Alpha Wolf by competing 4 Wolf Runs in a year!
